Dahlia Flower Applique Quilt Pattern

This dahlia quilt patterns calls for using 8 different prints so perfect for using up scraps. The petal pattern includes notches so the petals are seamed together up tot he notch then once they are joined, appliqued down to a 14″ block. Dabs of washable school glue works great for turning the raw edges under above the notches.  Stems are made from 3/4″ bias material. You could cut bias strips, of course, or simply use bias tape.
